Jail break steak. Organic Free Range Beef

Kansas City Strips tonight for our son's 25th...with the Cous Cous post from this afternoon...used my Jail Break Steak Rub (see link below for contents). 

 

Ingredients

• 4 each 1-11/4" Kansas City Strips (free range)
• Jail Break Rub

 Directions

1. Seared at full T-Rex two minutes per side, removed from heat to sit for 8-10 minutes,
2. Return to grill and cook two minutes each side, remove and let set for 10 minutes and serve.
