The University of Mizzouri has an annual Chili cookoff during the United Way campaign as a fund raiser.  I was fortunate enough to win it in 2010 and then I retired.  I was coaxed out of retirement this year to defend my title (LOL).  Actually, I think the REAL reason is not that my chili is special but I put a little bit of effort into the 2010 we did a medical theme, IV bags, etc.  This year it's GRAVE DIGGER CHILI - CRUSHING THE COMPETITION. (sneak peak of the nearly completed display) plain 'ol crock pot carry in for this guy. LOL.
