Pork Pilaf

Still focusing most of my energy on completing my Keep On Eggin' Grilling (cookbook) so I'm in a round of repeating recipes for improvements, new pictures, et al.  Tonight we'll be enjoying this Pilaf made with Bulgur and Lentals with Pulled Pork.  VERY tasty the first time around; still facinated by the performance of this Emile Henry Flamware...unbelievable cook and clean up.

Add a Red Bell Pepper and step it up a notch for presentation.  This was more amazing the second day...
