€ 4 ½ Lb. Missouri Legacy Beef Organic Steak burgers
€ Celery Salt (to taste)
€ Garlic Pepper (to taste)
1. Thaw the steak burgers and season lightly on both sides, return to refrigerator and let set for a minimum of two hours.
2. Fire up the Grill to High Heat on a raised grid.
3. Place burgers on grid and turn ONCE. About 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove from heat and allow to rest; serve with your favorite condiments and side dishes.
