This is the first time I have posted a comment on here but I love your blog. I am new to BGE grilling but am loving it. Can you tell me how you prepared this meal. I have not cooked in a wok before and definently not in a wok on the BGE but I see that you cook with a wok fairly often. Thanks for any additional thoughts.

High heat, full flame, use wok oil (requires less oil. Start with garlic and sear meat then add veggies and stir continuously until done. Add sweet and sour sauce to taste and heat then serve. Don't splash oil out of wok (FIRE).
