With just a week to go before I close up the Egg for a few months and my move to Missouri I cooked up a couple of pizzas, including our favorite combination of Roma Tomatoes, Garlic Ranch dressing, 2.5 cups of Mozzsrella, 2 large chicken breasts pre-cooked in minced garlic, a dozen or so artichoke hearts and about 3 sliced (pre-roasted from a jar) Red Peppers...Oh My!...and occasional ORGANIC, GREEN or SUSTAINABLE cooking tidbits as well as the occasional off topic post. Happy New Year Pizza
