Chicken Salad Sandwiches


Occasionally, and ONLY occasionally I fix something that is NOT prepared on the Big Green Egg/Grill.  Now, unless you want to take the time to cook some chicken breast up for this recipe, this is a can to table recipe; Quick, easy, limited ingredients and tasty.


Ingredients – Note this is a scoop and dump recipe so the quantities of ingredients may be adjusted per your individual tastes.
        1 – 13 Oz. Can, Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in water
        ½ Cup (Strong) Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mayonnaise
        1 Medium Vidalia Onion, diced
        ¼ - ½ Cup Diced pickled Jalapenos
        3 Tbls. Relish

Directions – Mix all ingredients well and serve.
