ReplyDeleteI have broken two stone ware cooking direct heat on my Egg so it's good to know there's a better alternative out there like this Emile Henry new line.
Plenty of tagine cooks on the site already Chris if you search the labels you'll see a few. It works well as a one dish meal preparation vessel.
