I'm BAAAAAACK....
First night in Missouri with the house all set up and the BGE fired up for some Ribeyes and twice baked potatoes and a salad...had to promise my wife at least one meal before she returns to Florida tomorrow. Keep On Eggin'
I'm brand new to the egg thing. It's actually in my back yard set up and I have to wait till tomorrow to use it for the first time. Those twice baked potatoes look awesome and my wife would love them. Could you give me a small lesson on how to do those on the egg? Thanks.
This time I cheated...bought them premade and wrapped in foil and placed on aluminum dish with the steaks to heat them up. If you dont wrap them the mashed potatoe will pick up some ash smell and taste.
