Half-Pound Steak Burgers (free range beef, organic veggies)

Served up some MONSTER Half Pound Steak Burgers tonight...Free Range Beef of course!

  Ingredients
  • 4 - Half Pound Patties ~ Free Range (Missouri Legacy Beef)
  • Dizzy-Pig Cow Lick Steak rub
  • Kaiser Rolls (need large buns for these puppies)
  • Condiments of your choosing, EVOO Mayo, Jalapenos, Onions, Tomatoes, Horseradish Mustard.
Directions
  1. T Rex the Egg; Raised grid (2" fire ring) toss on grill for one minute.
  2. Turn and repeat.
  3. Remove from Grill for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Repeat 1 and 2.  Add Cheese (Optional)
  5. Remove and serve.
