Big Green Egg Cookbook Recipes

As many of you know, I have been working on a cookbook chronicling my new life hobby of grilling on the Big Green Egg for the past three years.  I've even allowed a couple hundred to have copies of some of the early work via dropbox. 

Well I've reached the point where this recipe book has become what I think is a great reference tool and contains hundreds of recipies focused totally on the Big Green Egg.  In fact, this cookbook is SO unique that it contains less than a dozen BBQ type recipies, why?  Because EVERY GRILLING BOOK IN THE WORLD has the same recipes in it. 

My book focuses on the world of what is possibe on the BGE outside of briskets, butts and ribs.  It focuses on new and exciting and varied recipes.  It has a lot of 'one dish meals' and other information that any BGE owner would enjoy.

The decision now is what do I do with it?  It appears that one of the best options that I can find is to publish it online.  It would appear as a book/magazine subscription (one time or recurring, tbd) and would allow you to down load, print, etc. 

The DIFFERENCE is that this method would allow for it to be maintained and updated continuously, literally forever giving you the 'latest edition.'  The interesting thing is that you would be able to 'preview' some of the pages (amazon.com style) before you had to commit so you weren't buying something blind.
